Graduate Sales Administrator
Location: Lower Dicker, East Sussex | Salary: Competitive Type: Permanent, Full-Time
We’re looking for a motivated Graduate Sales Administrator to join a leading engineering manufacturer in Lower Dicker. You’ll play a key part in supporting the sales process — preparing quotations, processing customer orders, and managing communications between clients, distributors, and internal teams.
The Role:
- Manage customer enquiries, quotations, and orders
- Maintain CRM records and follow up on leads and sales activity
- Coordinate with engineering and production teams to meet customer requirements
- Support general office and sales administration
You’ll Need:
- Engineering Degree
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Confident use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Interest in engineering, science, or technical products
