Logistics & Production Planning Specialist
Location: Newhaven, East Sussex
Salary: £32,000–£42,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

As a Logistics & Production Planning Specialist , you’ll help manage order entry, shipping documentation, and production scheduling. You’ll play an important part in ensuring goods move smoothly through the business and reach customers on time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Enter customer orders accurately into the system.
- Prepare and process international shipping paperwork.
- Liaise with couriers, freight forwarders, and internal departments.
- Update and maintain production schedules and order progress.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and team administration.
Requirements:
- Confident communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and basic Office applications.
- A proactive, reliable, and eager-to-learn approach.
- Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or administration is helpful but not essential.
